Reading about $10 flat rate, I wondered –  

• Will anyone be motivated to offer services at sub-par minimum-wages level?
• Can that impact the long-term trend in wages?
• Can such labor-exchanges portals create a long term impact on minimum wages?
• Will regulators feel the need to step in?
